The rooftop of the W Edinburgh offers stunning views of the city’s iconic skyline, further enhanced by the sleek design of the Glowrail LED handrail, designed by LIGHTALLIANCE and fabricated by The Light Lab. This striking feature is seamlessly integrated into a bronze metallic wall that runs around the entire perimeter of the rooftop.
The high-performance LED lighting provides a soft, uniform glow, balancing safety with a modern aesthetic. Extending beyond the rooftop, the handrail curves gracefully downward and continues through the levels below, creating a cohesive lighting experience throughout the building.
Combining style and function, the Glowrail is a standout element of the W Edinburgh’s design, reflecting the innovative spirit of the St James Quarter.
